CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-42 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING WEST PT2ASANTON <br /> ANNEXATION FEASIBILITY STUDY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of January 17, 1989, Council <br /> reviewed the report of the Direc'tor of Planning and <br /> Community Development (SR 89:38) regarding the West <br /> Pleasanton Annexation Study/Specific Plan; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Council authorizes staff to proceed with the West <br /> Pleasanton Annexation Study/Specific Plan on the <br /> Pleasanton and Sunol Ridge, with costs to be <br /> reimbursed from the project developer, as more <br /> particularly set forth in Staff Report 89:38. <br /> <br /> Section 2: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 17, 1989 BY THE FOLLOWING <br /> VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: Councilmembers Brandes and Tarver <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None '~ ; <br /> <br /> ATTEST: KENNETH R.
