PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITX OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2505 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON APPROVING TRACT 5229 E~OR CROCKER HOMES <br />WHEREAS, Crocker Homes has applied for appro al to allow the <br />subdivision of the approximately 8. acre site <br />located on the south side of the Ar oyo Mocho <br />immediately west of the western ter inus of Sutter <br />Gate Avenue into 33 separate parcel and <br />WHEREAS, Zoning for the property is R-1-7500 (Single-family <br />Residential) District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearin of August 8, 1984 <br />the Planning Commission considered 11 public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City <br />staff concerning this proposal; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that <br />conforms to the R-1-7500 (Single-f <br />zoning for the property. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. <br />as <br />1 <br />Section 2. <br />a <br />PASSED AND <br />PLEASANTON <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />s proposal <br />y Residential) <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />Approves Tract 5229, application',of Crocker Homes <br />herein described subject to the following conditions: <br />That the development be substantially as shown <br />on Tentative Map Tract 5229 on ile with the City <br />except that lot 11 shall be inc eased in width <br />to a minimum of 80 feet. <br />2.
