PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2507 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION FOR CHANG SU-O LIN AS FILED UNDER CASE <br />GP-84-7 <br />WHEREAS, Chang Su-O Lin has applied to amend the General <br />Plan Land Use Element designation of an approx- <br />imately 5.2 acre site from Low Density Residential <br />to Medium Density Residential located approximately <br />600 feet south of the intersection of Kottinger <br />Drive and Bernal Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Devel- <br />opment)-Low Density Residential/Open Space District; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of August 8, <br />1984 the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations <br />of the City staff including the environmental impacts <br />of the proposal; and <br />WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the Staff indicated <br />there would not be any potentially significant <br />impacts on the environment should this application <br />be approved. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES .THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration <br />prepared for case GP-84-7 as herein described. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 8TH DAY OF AUGUST 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Innes, <br />Chairman Doherty <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Getty <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Lindsey, Wellman, Wilson and <br />DATE: August 8, 1984 <br />
