PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2508 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A <br />GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT FOR CHANG SU-0 LIN AS <br />FILED UNDER CASE GP-84-7 <br />WHEREAS, Chang Su-0 Lin has applied to amend the General Plan <br />Land Use Element designation of an approximately 5.2 <br />acre site from Low Density Residential to Medium <br />Density Residential, located approximately 600 feet <br />south of the intersection of Kottinger Drive and Bernal <br />Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)- <br />Low Density Residential/Open Space District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of August 8, <br />1984 the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and recommended approval <br />of the negative declaration prepared for case GP-84-7 <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found the General Plan land <br />use change herein described to be in the best public <br />interest. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval <br />-for Chang Su-0 Lin to <br />of an approximately 5. <br />Residential to Medium <br />Section 2 <br />of a General Plan amendment <br />change the Land Use designation <br />2 acre site from Low Density <br />Density Residential. <br />This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 8TH DAY OF AUGUST 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Innes, Lindsey, Wellman, Wilson and <br />Chairman Doherty <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Getty <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: August 8, 1984 <br />ATTEST: <br />Robert arris, Secretary <br />~i <br />regg rty, it an <br />
