PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA ~-- RESOLUTION NO. 2511 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING THE APPLICATION FOR A PRE- SCHOOL IN THE LYNNWOOD METHODIST CHURCH/PEGGY LUDWIG AND JANELLE PFTESTER AS FILED UNDER CASE UP-84-35 WHEREAS, The preschool in the Lynnwood Methodist Church/Peggy Ludwig and Janelle Pfiester have applied for a condi- tional use permit to allow the re-establishment of a preschool at 4444 Black Avenue; and V7HEREAS, Zoning for the property is P (Public and Institution- al) District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of August 8, 1984 the Planning Commission considered all testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff concerning this matter; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed location of the conditional use is in accordance with the objectives of the Zoning Ordinance and the purposes oP the district in which the site is located; and that the proposed location of the conditional use and the conditions under which it will be operated or maintained will not be detrimental to the public health, safety or welfare or be materially injurious to properties or improvements in the vicinity; and that the proposed conditional use will comply with each of the applicable provisions of the Zoning Ordinance. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Approves case UP-84-35, application of Peggy Ludwig and Janelle Pfiester et al as herein described subject to the following conditions: 1, That this use permit is grantee property located at 4444 Black of a preschool/day care center 72 children. 2. That the hours of operation of 6:45 A.M. to 6:00 P.M., Monday i solely for the Avenue for operation for a maximum of the school shall be through Friday only. That the applicants shall apply for and secure all licensing required for the school from the State of California and any other required licens- ing agencies. 4. That the applicant be aware that the zoning of the subject site does not allow the keeping of animals except for a limited number of household pets.
