PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CLAIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2515 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE RZ-84-13 CONCERNING THE JOEL PREZONING WHEREAS, The City of Pleasanton has applied to prezone an approxiamtely 59 acre site to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Open Space District or to any other district consistent with the General Plan. This property is located approximately 1800 ft. west of the intersection of Highland Oaks Drive and Foothill Road; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of August 8, 1984 the Planning Commission considered all public input, relevant documents and recommendations of the City staff concerning this application including the environmental impacts of the proposed prezoning; and WHEREAS, the Iniitial Study prepared by the Staff indicated there would not be any potentially significant impacts on the environment should this application be approved. _ NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSSON OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration prepared for case RZ-84-13 as herein described as approval of the prezoning would not have a significant effect on the environment. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
