PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTON N0. 2517 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING TENTATIVE MAP TRACT 5352 FOR NORTHWOOD HOMES WHEREAS, Northwood Homes has applied to subdivide an approximately two acre site into 34 condominium units located at 39 California Avenue; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)- Commercial District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of August 8, 1984 the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations fo the City staff concerning this proposal; and WHEREAS, a negative declaration was prepared for the development plan and design review approval for the Northwood Homes project. Subdivision of the subject property was included within the scope of that negative declaration, therefore, no environmental document accompanied this application. '- NOW, THEREFORE THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Approves Tract 5352 as herein described subject to the following conditions: 1. That the development shall be substantially as shown on Tentative Map Tract 5352 on file with the City. 2. That approval of this case is subject to all conditions of approval contained in the report from the City Engineer dated 8/8/84, attached hereto and made a part of this case by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption.
