PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2519 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF <br />THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL <br />OF DESIGN PLANS FOR CALLAHAN PENTZ PROPERTIES <br />AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-81-30-18D <br />WHEREAS, Callahan Pentz Properties have applied for deisgn review <br />approval for a single story, approximately 70,200 sq. <br />ft. office building on an approximately five acre site <br />located on the north side of West Las Positas Boulevard <br />approximately 1150 feet east of the intersection of <br />Hacienda Drive and West Las Positas Boulevard; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)- <br />Industrial, Commercial and Offices District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly notice dpublic hearing of August 22, <br />1984 the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of <br />the City staff concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, an environmental impact report was prepared for the <br />rezoning of the Hacienda Business Park and the subject <br />project was considered within the scope of that EIR <br />and for this reason no further environmental document <br />accompanies this case. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the single story, approximately <br />70,200 sq. ft. office building on an approximately <br />five acre site located on the north side of West Las <br />Positas Boulevard approximately 1150 feet east of the <br />intersection of Hacienda Drive and West Las Positas <br />Boulevard subject to the following conditions: <br />That the development be substantially as shown <br />on the site plan,elvations, floor plan, landscape <br />plan, and grading plan, Exhibit A, on file with <br />the Planning Department. <br />2. That approval of case PUD-81-30-18D is subject <br />to all conditions of approval for case MS-82-13 <br />approving parcel map number 3858. <br />3. That the development shall be subject to all conditions <br />of approval of Ordinance No. 1109 reapproving Hacienda <br />Business Park. <br />
