13. Conference Rooms. The library community meeting room shall be <br />available to the general public for purposes and events approved by the County <br />and the City. All events shall be conducted in a way that creates minimal <br />disruption to library services. City and County shall develop meeting room <br />scheduling procedures which meet the needs of library users and the general <br />public. City Council shall have final determination on meeting room usage. <br /> <br /> 14. Termination. If the City terminates this Agreement for the purpose <br />of financing and assuming all or a portion of the library services, as <br />indicated in Section II above, City and County shall meet in good faith to <br />determine an equitable resolution to funding issues. <br /> <br /> 15. Insurance Requirements. <br /> <br /> A. City shall provide and maintain a po]icy of comprehensive <br />general ltabl]ity covering personal bodily injury and property damage in an <br />amount deemed appropriate by City. <br /> <br /> B. City shall be responsible for providing all fire, casualty, <br />flood and earthquake insurance in amounts deemed appropriate by City for <br />contents and the facility. County shall update the value of both City and <br />County owned contents annually and provide this information to the City. <br /> <br /> -8- <br /> <br /> <br />
