Grocers live in Dublin, Walnut Creek, San Leandro, Fremont, i?nion <br />City. Mr. Wong said there will be 175 total in <br />both phases. Chairman Doherty commented that they are providing <br />a lot of parking for this development. Mr. Wong stated this is <br />in compliance orith the CC&Rs for the project. <br />Dave Gai..es, Landscape Architect, reviewed phase two of the <br />development.. Ife presented an analogy with Crum and Forster. The <br />visual characteristics will be very much the same. There will be <br />a conference room and amphitheatre. <br />Chris K.inzel, 'IaI:M,4(37 Chabot Drive, Pleasanton, discussed their. <br />traffic ;t.iady. `.Phe}' have conducted 15 traffic studies for the <br />develol>ments i.n North Pleasanton. There are two developments <br />that have been added in the most recent traffic study to date. <br />July 20 two of the developments were removed and they added the <br />this project an<l one more to be heard at a later date.
