PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2528 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF <br />THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL <br />OF CASE GP-84-2, APPLICATION OF BRENTWOOD HOLDING <br />COMPANY <br />WHEREAS, Brentwood Holding Compan <br />amendment to redesignate <br />"Commercial and Offices" <br />The parcel is located on <br />immediately north of the <br />Mission Drive; and <br />y has applied for a General Plan <br />a 2.5 acre site from <br />to "High Density Residential." <br />the east side of Monaco Drive <br />commercial complex at 44-90 <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of September 26, <br />1984 the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application and recommended <br />approval of the negative declaration prepared. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends that the 2.5 acr subject site have its <br />General Plan land use designation changed from <br />Commercial and Offices to High Density Residential as <br />the subject property is suitable for high density <br />residential development. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />
