EXHIBIT "A" <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2529 <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on the site <br />plan, elevations and landscape plan, Exhibit A, on file <br />with the Planning Department. <br />2. That approval of this use permit does not constitute ap- <br />proval of any signing for the development and if signing is <br />desired, it shall be submitted to the City under separate <br />application. <br />3. That approval of the sales office is granted for a period <br />of one year at which time the proponent must reapply for an <br />extension. This may be done administratively and does not <br />need to be resubmitted to the Planning Commission. <br />4. That all trees used in the model home complex shall be a <br />minimum of 15 gallons in size and all shrubs a minimum of 5 <br />~- gallons. <br />5. That a burglar alarm system shall be installed in the model <br />home complex, said system to be approved by the Police De- <br />partment prior to installation. <br />6. That no flags, banners, pinwheels, pennants or similar at- <br />tention attracting devices shall be utilized in the <br />complex. <br />7. That signs shall be posted in all model homes advising all <br />prospective buyers of those features which re optional and <br />are not included as part of the purchase price. <br />8. That the developer shall call for final building inspection <br />by the City prior to any model homes being closed for sale. <br />9. That exterior lighting be provided for the complex, the <br />number and types of lights to be approved by the Police <br />Department. <br />10. That the developer shall install street trees in accordance <br />with City standards prior to the use of the models. <br />11. That the developer shall post a Pleasanton General Plan and <br />an aerial photo or alternate illustration acceptable to the <br />Planning Department in the sales office showing types of <br />facilities and land uses surrounding the Danbury Park <br />project. <br />
