PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2529 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON APPROVING A USE PERMIT FOR MORRISON HOMES <br />AS FILED UNDER CASE UP-84-41 <br />WHEREAS, Application of Morrison Homes, Inc. for conditional use <br />permit approval for a model home complex and subdivision <br />sales office on four parcels located at 1422-34 Elliott <br />Circle; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Medium Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of September 26, <br />1984 the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found a) that the proposed <br />location of the conditional use is in accord with the <br />objectives of the ordinance code and the purposes of the <br />district in which the site is located; b) that the <br />proposed location of the conditional use and the <br />conditions under which it would be operated or <br />maintained will not be detrimental to the public health, <br />safety or welfare, or be materially injurious to <br />properties or improvements in the vicinity; and c) that <br />the proposed conditional use will comply with each of <br />the applicable provisions of the ordinance code. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves case UP-84-41, application of Morrison Homes <br />for a conditional use permit to allow the operation of a <br />model home complex and subdivision sales office on four <br />parcels located at 1422-34 Elliott Circle subject to the <br />conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made <br />part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption. <br />
