PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2529 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A USE PERMIT FOR MORRISON HOMES AS FILED UNDER CASE UP-84-41 WHEREAS, Application of Morrison Homes, Inc. for conditional use permit approval for a model home complex and subdivision sales office on four parcels located at 1422-34 Elliott Circle; and WHEREAS, the property is zoned PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Medium Density Residential District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of September 26, 1984 the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found a) that the proposed location of the conditional use is in accord with the objectives of the ordinance code and the purposes of the district in which the site is located; b) that the proposed location of the conditional use and the conditions under which it would be operated or maintained will not be detrimental to the public health, safety or welfare, or be materially injurious to properties or improvements in the vicinity; and c) that the proposed conditional use will comply with each of the applicable provisions of the ordinance code. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Approves case UP-84-41, application of Morrison Homes for a conditional use permit to allow the operation of a model home complex and subdivision sales office on four parcels located at 1422-34 Elliott Circle subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption.
