CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-39 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING $5,000 TO THE <br /> PT~ASANTON LIBRARY ADVISORY COMMISSION <br /> FORT HE PT~ASANTON LIBRARY CEY~BRATION ON <br /> FEBRUARY 12, 1989 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Pleasanton Library Advisory Commission has <br /> requested authorization to spend $5,000.00 from the <br /> Library Construction Contingency Fund to offset <br /> costs related to the Pleasanton Library celebration <br /> scheduled for Sunday, February 12, 1989; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Approves the allocation of $5,000.00 from the <br /> Library Construction Contingency Fund to offset <br /> costs related to the Pleasanton Library celebration <br /> scheduled for Sunday, February 12, 1989. <br /> <br /> Section 2: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 17, 1989 BY THE FOLLOWING <br /> VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: KENNETH R6ER, MAYOR <br /> <br />/James ~' Walker, City Cl&rk <br /> By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br /> Michael H.
