That the driveway on the south side of this <br />development shall be constructed to the full thirty <br />foot (30 ft.) width at the time of construction of <br />this development and that a A.C. berm be installed <br />in-lieu of headerboard as an interim edge condition. <br />4. That approval of case PUD-81-30-21D is subject to <br />all conditions of approval of case MS-82-13, <br />approving parcel map 3858. <br />5. That the development shall be subject to all <br />conditions of approval of Ordinance No. 1109 <br />approving Hacienda Business Park. <br />6. That the minimum width of all standard size parking <br />spaces shall be at least 8 ft. 8 inc. <br />7.
