PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2534 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-84-9 FOR <br />PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY <br />WHEREAS, Prudential Insurance Company has applied for PUD zoning <br />and development plan approval for a single-story <br />approximately 3,350 sq. ft. commercial structure and <br />related facilities on he 0.647 acre site located at the <br />northwest corner of the intersection of Owens Court and <br />Owens Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is I-G (General Industrial) <br />District; <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of September 26, <br />1984 the Planning Commission recommended approval of a <br />land use change and negative declaration for this <br />property; and <br />-- WHEREAS, the proposed zoning and development plan are in <br />conformance with the proposed general plan land use <br />designation. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Prudential Insurance Company <br />for for PUD zoning and development plan approval for a <br />single-story approximately 3,350 sq. ft. commercial <br />structure and related facilities on the 0.647 acre site <br />located at the northwest corner of the intersection of <br />Owens Court and Owens Drive subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on <br />the development plan, Exhibit A, on file with the <br />Planning Department. <br />2. That the permitted and conditionally permitted uses <br />for the subject site shall be those uses approved <br />under case PUD-79-3 for the approximately 10,000 sq. <br />ft. commercial building immediately to the west of <br />the subject property. <br />_ 3. That the proposed driveway onto Owens Drive shall be <br />shifted 4 ft. to the east. <br />
