PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2534 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-84-9 FOR PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY WHEREAS, Prudential Insurance Company has applied for PUD zoning and development plan approval for a single-story approximately 3,350 sq. ft. commercial structure and related facilities on he 0.647 acre site located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Owens Court and Owens Drive; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is I-G (General Industrial) District; WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of September 26, 1984 the Planning Commission recommended approval of a land use change and negative declaration for this property; and -- WHEREAS, the proposed zoning and development plan are in conformance with the proposed general plan land use designation. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends approval of Prudential Insurance Company for for PUD zoning and development plan approval for a single-story approximately 3,350 sq. ft. commercial structure and related facilities on the 0.647 acre site located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Owens Court and Owens Drive subject to the following conditions: 1. That the development be substantially as shown on the development plan, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Department. 2. That the permitted and conditionally permitted uses for the subject site shall be those uses approved under case PUD-79-3 for the approximately 10,000 sq. ft. commercial building immediately to the west of the subject property. _ 3. That the proposed driveway onto Owens Drive shall be shifted 4 ft. to the east.
