PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2535 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED FOR ALAMEDA COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL AND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT - ZONE 7 WHEREAS, Alameda County Flood Control et al to amed the General Plan Land Ue Element designation of an approximately 3.3 acre site from Open Space (Parks and Recreation) to Community Facilities (Public and Institutional) located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Pakside Drive and Hopyard Road; and for rezoning the approximately 3.3 acr site from the "A" (Atricultural) District to the "P" (Public and Institutional) District. The property is located at the the northeast corner of the intersection of Parkside Drive and Hopyard Road; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of September 26, 1984 the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff concerning these applications as well as the environmental impacts as outlined on the Initial Study prepared by the City Staff. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends approval of the negative declaration prepared for cases GP-84-8 and RZ-84-15 as herein described inasmuch as the proposed land use change and rezoning would have an insignificant effect on the environment. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
