PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2540 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION OF <br />CHIN/PLEASANTON SCHOOL DISTRICT UNDER CASE PUD-84-6 <br />WHEREAS, Pleasanton School District and Kenneth Chin have applied <br />for rezoning and development plan approval for an eight <br />unit residential development on an approximately .9 acre <br />site located on the north side of Abbie Street between <br />the old Towne development and the residences on the east <br />side of Whiting Street; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is R-1-6500 (Single-family <br />Residential) District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of October 10, 1984 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application as well as recommending <br />approval of the negative declaration prepared by the <br />City Staff; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found the PUD zoning and <br />development plan proposed to be in conformance with the <br />general plan of the City of Pleasanton. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of case PUD-84-6 as herein <br />described subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on <br /> the development plan, Exhibit A, on file with the <br /> Planning Department. <br />2. That all uses and site development standards of case <br /> PUD-84-6 shall be those of the R-1-6500 District. <br />3. That the design and colors of all proposed homes <br /> shall be submitted to the Design Review Board for <br /> approval prior to issuance of building permits. <br />4. That this project is subject to Standard Conditions <br /> of development numbers 10, 12, 13, 17, 18, 19, 24, <br /> 33 through 38, 41 through 45 and 47 through 54. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />up on its passage and adoption. <br />
