PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2540 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION OF CHIN/PLEASANTON SCHOOL DISTRICT UNDER CASE PUD-84-6 WHEREAS, Pleasanton School District and Kenneth Chin have applied for rezoning and development plan approval for an eight unit residential development on an approximately .9 acre site located on the north side of Abbie Street between the old Towne development and the residences on the east side of Whiting Street; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is R-1-6500 (Single-family Residential) District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of October 10, 1984 the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff concerning this application as well as recommending approval of the negative declaration prepared by the City Staff; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found the PUD zoning and development plan proposed to be in conformance with the general plan of the City of Pleasanton. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends approval of case PUD-84-6 as herein described subject to the following conditions: 1. That the development be substantially as shown on the development plan, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Department. 2. That all uses and site development standards of case PUD-84-6 shall be those of the R-1-6500 District. 3. That the design and colors of all proposed homes shall be submitted to the Design Review Board for approval prior to issuance of building permits. 4. That this project is subject to Standard Conditions of development numbers 10, 12, 13, 17, 18, 19, 24, 33 through 38, 41 through 45 and 47 through 54. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately up on its passage and adoption.
