PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2541 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION PREPARED FOR THE APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON AS FILED UNDER CASE RZ-84-17 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to prezone the <br />approximately 276 acre site located on the west side of <br />Foothill Road opposite Stoneridge Drive and extending <br />westerly and northerly to Dublin Canyon Road to the PUD <br />(Planned Unit Development)-Low Density Residential and <br />Open Space District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of October l0, 1984 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application as well as the environmental <br />impacts as outlined on the Initial Study prepared by the <br />City Staff. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the negative declaration <br />prepared for case RZ-84-17 as herein described inasmuch <br />as the proposed prezoning of PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Low Density Residential and Open Space for <br />the subject 276 acre site would have an insignificant <br />effect on he environment. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />
