l' PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2542 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION OF <br />THE CITY OF PLEASANTON AS FILED UNDER CASE RZ-84-17 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to prezone the <br />approximately 276 acre site located on the west side of <br />Foothill Road opposite Stoneridge Drive and extending <br />westerly and northerly to Dublin Canyon Road to the PUD <br />(Planned Unit Development)-Low Density Residential and <br />Open Space District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of October 10, 1984 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application as well as recommending <br />approval of the negative declaration prepared for it; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Low Density Residential and Open Space <br />District zoning would be in conformance with the City's <br />General Plan. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section <br />Recommends the 276 acre site located on the west side <br />of Foothill Road opposite Stoneridge Drive and extending <br />westerly and northerly to Dublin Canyon Road be prezoned <br />PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Low Density Residential <br />and Open Space District. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />
