RESOLUTION NO. 2547 <br />~' PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-84-14 FOR <br />CPS ET AL <br />WHEREAS, Callahan-Pentz Properties et al have applied for PUD <br />rezoning to reconfigure the zoning of the approximately <br />61 acre site located at the northwest corner of the <br />Santa Rita Road and West Las Positas Boulevard; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is currently zoned "P" (Public and <br />Institutional), PUD (Planned Unit Development)-RM-2500 <br />(Maximum one unit/each 2500 sq. ft. of lot area <br />districts. Each of these zoning districts would remain <br />but would be reconfigured. The percentage of property <br />within each zoning district would not be changed; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of October 10, 1984 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of City staff and <br />they recommended approval of the Mitigated Negative <br />Declaration prepared for this case; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found the proposed zoning is in <br />conformance with the General Plan land use designation. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of case PUD-84-14 as herein <br />stated inasmuch as the zoning reconfiguration of the <br />land use on the subject property will lead to better <br />development. Approval is recommended subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. That the rezoning of the approximately 62 acre <br />subject property shall be per the site map, Exhibit <br />A, dated 9/21/84 on file with the Planning <br />Department. <br />2. That approval of this case is subject to the <br />approval of case GP-84-13 and any conditions which <br />may be attached thereto by the City. <br />3. That the applicant shall undertake to implement <br />those mitigation measures identified by the <br />environmental impact reports that have been required <br />as mitigation measures by the Planning Commission <br />and/or City Council at any developmental stage of <br />the project. <br />
