8. That no flags, banners, pinwheels, pennants or similar <br />attention attracting devices shall be utilized in the <br />complex. <br />9. That signs shall be posted in all model homes advising all <br />prospective buyers of those features which re optional and <br />are not included as part of the purchase price. <br />10. That the developer shall call for final building inspection <br />by the City prior to any model homes being closed for sale. <br />11. That exterior lighting be provided for the complex, the <br />number and types of lights to be approved by the Police <br />Department. <br />12. That the developer shall install street trees in accordance <br />with City standards prior to the use of the models. <br />13. That the developer shall post a pleasanton General Plan and <br />and aerial photo or alternate illustration acceptable to the <br />Planning Department in the sales office showing types of <br />facilities and land uses surrounding the complex. <br />14. That all public street improvements fronting the model home <br />units on Arbor Drvie and Mataro Court be completed to the <br />satisfaction of the City Engineer prior to opening the sales <br />complex to the public. <br />15. That prior to the sale of the model units, each lot shall <br />leave one (only), properly installed, water meter. <br />
