-- PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2548 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR <br />VINTAGE HILLS II, INC. AS FILED UNDER CASE UP-84-47 <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />WHEREAS, Vintage Hills, II, Inc. has applied for a conditional <br />use permit to allow the construction and operation of a <br />subdivision sales office and model home complex at 3252 <br />and 3256 Arbor Drive and 1114 Mataro Court; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Low Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of October 10, 1984 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found a) that the proposed <br />.- location of the conditional use is in accord with the <br />objectives of the ordinance code and the purposes of the <br />district in which the site is located; b) that the <br />proposed location of the conditional use and the <br />conditions under which it would be operated or <br />maintained will not be detrimental to the public health, <br />safety or welfare, or be materially injurious to <br />properties or improvements in the vicinity; and c) that <br />the proposed conditional use will comply with each of <br />the applicable provisions of the ordinance code. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1 <br />Approves case UP-84-47, application o Vintage Hills <br />II, Inc. for a conditional use permit to allow the <br />construction and operation of a subdivision sales office <br />and model home complex at 3252 and 3256 Arbor Drive and <br />1114 Mataro Court subject to the conditions shown on <br />Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part of this case <br />by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 10TH DAY OF OCTOBER 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />
