_ PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CLAIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2549 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE <br />DECLARTION PREPARED FOR CASE PUD-84-4, APPLICATION OF <br />FERRERI & MIRANDA <br />WHEREAS, John Ferreri and Fred Miranda have ppliedfor PUD <br />(Planned Unit Development) zoning and development plan <br />approval to construct two medical office buildings <br />totalling approximately 51,000 sq. ft. and a retail <br />shopping center totalling approximately 53,000 sq. ft. <br />on an aprpxoiamtely 7.7 acre site located southeast of <br />the intersection of Santa Rita Road and West Las Positas <br />Boulevard adjacent to the Exxon Service Station; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)- Commercial and Offices District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of October 10, <br />1984 the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits, environmental impacts and <br />recommendations of the City staff concerning this <br />proposal; and <br />WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the Staff indicated there <br />would not be a potentially significant impact on the <br />environment should this project be approved. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves the Negative Declaration prepared for case <br />PUD-84-4 as herein described. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage an adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 10TH DAY OF OCTOBER 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Getty, Innes,Lindey, Wilson and Chairman <br />Doherty <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />,-- DATE: October 10, 1984 <br />
