~- PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2550 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-84-4 AS <br />FILED BY JOHN FERRERI AND FRED MIRANDA <br />WHEREAS, John Ferreri and Fred Miranda have applied for PUD <br />(Planned Unit Development) zoning and development plan <br />approval to construct two medical office buildings <br />totalling approximately 51,000 sq. ft. and a retail <br />shopping center totalling approximately 53,000 sq. ft. <br />on approximately 7.7 acres located southeast of the <br />intersection of Santa Rita Road and West Las Positas <br />Boulevard adjacent to the Exxon Service Station; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is currently zoned PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Commercial and Offices District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of October 10, 1984 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, at this same duly noticed public hearing the Planning <br />Commission recommended approval of the negative <br />declaration for this project; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found the PUD zoning and <br />development plan submitted to be in conformance with the <br />General Plan land use designation. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of John Ferreri and Fred Miranda <br />for PUD zoning and development plan approval for an <br />approximately 104,000 sq. ft. shopping center and <br />medical building complex proposed for the approximately <br />7.7 acre site located southeast of the intersection of <br />Santa Rita Road and West Las Positas Boulevard <br />immediately south and east of the Exxon Service STation <br />subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached <br />hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 10TH DAY OF OCTOBER 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE <br />
