~'~ PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2552 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION PREPARED FOR OLLIREP PROPERTIES AS FILED <br />UNDER CASE PUD-84-11 <br />WHEREAS, Ollirep Properties has appled for PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) zoning and development plan approval for a <br />10 unit clustered residential development proposed for <br />the 0.98 acre site located at 13 Ray Street; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is RM-1500 (maximum of one <br />unit/each 1500 sq. ft. of lot area) District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of October 24, 1984 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application as well as the environmental <br />impacts as outlined on the Initial Study prepared by the <br />City Staff. <br />.- <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the negative declaration <br />prepared for cases PUD-84-11 as herein described <br />inasmuch as the proposed zoning change and development <br />plan have an insignificant effect on the environment. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />
