~- PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2553 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION OF <br />OLLIREP PROPERTIES AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-84-11 <br />WHEREAS, Ollirep Properties has applied for PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) zoning and development plan approval for a <br />10 unit clustered residential development proposed for <br />the 0.98 acre site located at 123 Ray Street; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is RM-1500 (maximum of one <br />unit/each 1500 sq. ft. of lot area) district; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of October 24, 1984 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application as well as recommending <br />approval of the negative declaration prepared by the <br />City Staff; and <br />~ WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found the PUD zoning and <br />development plan proposed to be in conformance with the <br />general plan of the City of Pleasanton. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of case PUD-84-11 as herein <br />described subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" <br />attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />
