<br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2556 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR <br />VERMILLION DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION AS FILED UNDER CASE <br />UP-84-53 <br />WHEREAS, Vermillion Development Corporation has applied for <br />conditional use permit approval to operate a model home <br />sales complex consisting of a sales office and model <br />unit located at 1111 Tiffany Lane; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Medium Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of October 24, <br />1984the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found a) that the proposed <br />location of the conditional use is in accord with the <br />objectives of the ordinance code and the purposes of the <br />district in which the site is located; b) that the <br />proposed location of the conditional use and the <br />conditions under which it would be operated or <br />maintained will not be detrimental to the public health, <br />safety or welfare, or be materially injurious to <br />properties or improvements in the vicinity; and c) that. <br />the proposed conditional use will comply with each of <br />the applicable provisions of the ordinance code. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves case UP-85-53 application of Vermillion <br />Development as herein described subject to the <br />conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made <br />part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption. <br />
