PUD-gl-30-23D <br />Conditions: <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on the site <br />plan, elevations, floor plan, landscape plan, and grading <br />plan, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Department. <br />2. That approval of Case PUD-81-30-23D is subject to all <br />conditions of approval of Case MS-82-13 approving parcel map <br />number 3858. <br />3. That the development shall be subject to all conditions of <br />approval of Ordinance No. 1109 reapproving Hacienda Business <br />Park. <br />4. That the curb lines of the interior drive off West Las <br />Positas Blvd. be redesigned to provide smoother turning <br />movements as per the plans on file with the City's <br />Engineering Department. <br />5. That the existing fire hydrant at the Coronado Lane driveway <br />be relocated to the satisfaction of the of the City's <br />Engineering Department. <br />6. That the acute angle formed in the interior driveway at the <br />southwest corner of the site be be revised to the <br />satisfaction of the Fire Marshal, to provide for a larger <br />turning radius to accommodate Fire Department vehicles. The <br />outside radius shall be a minimum of forty-five feet (45') <br />and the inside radius approximately twenty-four feet (24'). <br />This modification will be as per the plans on file with the <br />City's Engineering Department. <br />7. That this development is subject to all standard conditions <br />of development attached hereto and made part of the case by <br />reference, except Conditions 7, 12, 29, 33, 34, 35, 36, 46, <br />49, 50 and 54. <br />
