PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2557 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION OF <br />BRADSHAW, INC., NORTH BY CARL HOLVICK CO. UNDER CASE <br />PUD-81-30-23D <br />WHEREAS, Bradshaw, Inc. North have applied for design review for <br />a two-story, approximately 29,260 sq. ft. office <br />structure on an approximately 2.0 acre site located on <br />the northeast corner of the intersection of Coronado <br />Lane and West Las Positas Boulevard in the Hacienda <br />Business Park; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Industrial/Commercial and Offices District; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of October 24, 1984 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this project; and <br />WHEREAS, an environmental impact report was prepared for the <br />rezoning of Hacienda Business Park and the proposed <br />project was included within the scope of that <br />Environmental Impact Report, and, therefore, no <br />environmental documents accompanied this application; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, this proposed development conforms to the zoning and <br />land use designation for the subject site. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of case PUD-81-30-23D conditions <br />shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part of <br />this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />
