FXWTRTT D <br />§ 1-1.15 Infractions. Notwithstanding §1-1.11, any person who <br />violates a provision of this code designated herein shall be <br />guilty of an infraction, punishable by (1) a fine not <br />exceeding fifty dollars ($50.00) for the first violation; <br />(2) a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars ($100.00) for a <br />second violation of the same ordinance within one year; and <br />(3) a fine not exceeding two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) <br />for the third violation of the same ordinance within one <br />year. Any person who violates the same ordinance more than <br />three times in any twelve month period shall be guilty of a <br />misdemeanor.
