<br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2559 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING ADOPTION OF THE DRAFT ORDINANCE <br />ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE MAKING VIOLATION OF THE ZONING <br />CODE, THE BUILDING CODE THE PLUMBING CODE, THE <br />ELECTRICAL CODE, THE MECHANICAL CODE, AND THE FIRE CODE <br />AN INFRACTION RATHER THAN A MISDEMEANOR <br />WHEREAS, the directors of Planning and Community Development, <br />Building Inspections and the Fire Marshal have each <br />requested that the initial violation of the City <br />ordinance which these departments are responsible to <br />enforce be reduced from a misdemeanor to an infraction; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, this matter was referred to the Planning Commission at <br />their duly noticed public hearing of October 24, 1984; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this matter. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends adoption of the draft ordinance as <br />contained in the Staff REport dated October 24, 1984 <br />from the City Attorney. <br />Section 2.
