PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2560 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING A MODIFICATION TO THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE WITH REGARD TO PARCEL MAP 4393 WHEREAS, Parcel Map 4393 submitted by Prudential Insurance Co. of America does not meet all of the standards of the City of Pleasanton Subdivision Ordinance which requires 35 ft. of frontage on a public street prior to the creation of a new parcel; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of October 24, 1984 the Planning Commission considered the request of Prudential Insurance Company and recommendations of the City staff concerning this matter; and WHEREAS, the purpose of the subdivision is to locate the water reclamation plant which will be constructed; and WHEREAS, this is a workable lot for what is being proposed on the property, (public use). NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Approves a modification to the Subdivision Ordinance of the City of Pleasanton approving a modification to allow Lot 25A shown on Parcel Map 4393 to have a 15 1/5 ft. frontage on a public street instead of the required 35 ft. because the subject land will be devoted to a public use and it is impractical and undesirable to conform fully to these regulations of the Subdivision Ordinance. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
