RESOLUTION NO. 07 -130 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, TO ACCEPT <br />THE THIRD QUARTER 2006 -07 FINANCIAL REPORT OF THE OPERATING BUDGET AND <br />CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) BUDGET AND AMEND THE 2006 -07 <br />OPERATING AND CIP BUDGET <br />WHEREAS, each quarter a report of financial condition is presented to Council which <br />includes any staff recommendations for budget amendments and technical corrections or <br />actions needed; and <br />WHEREAS, staff presented to Council such a report for the third quarter of the fiscal <br />year ending June 30, 2007, for the Operating Budget and Capital Improvement Program; and <br />WHEREAS, as a result of the third quarter financial reports, staff made <br />recommendations as outlined in that report. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1: Amend the Operating Budget, as outlined in Appendix A. <br />Section 2: Amend the Capital Improvement Program, as outlined in Appendix B. <br />Section 4: City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this resolution and enter it into the <br />book of original resolutions. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at <br />a regular meeting held on 19 day of June, 2007. <br />I, Karen Diaz, City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, certify that the foregoing <br />resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on the 19 day of June, <br />2007, by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Councilmembers Cook- Kallio, McGovern, Sullivan, Thorne, Mayor Hosterman <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: None <br />APPROVED AS TO FOR <br />X (O, <br />Michael H.
