DRAFT <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT'is entered into this day of <br /> <br /> · 1989, by and between T~E CENTER (hereafter <br />referred to as "Contractor"), and the CITY OF PT~ASANTON, a <br />municipal corporation, (hereinafter called "City"). <br /> <br /> DUTIES: Contractor has agreed to provide services to <br />City as described in Attachment A. <br /> <br /> FEES: City shall compensate Contractor $5,000.00 for <br /> <br />the attached services. This fee will be paid upon City's <br /> <br />receipt of an invoice. <br /> <br /> TERM: Services rendered pursuant to this contract will <br />be for the period September 1, 1988 through August 31, 1989. <br /> <br /> RECORDS: Contractor shall maintain records for program <br />review, evaluation, audit and/or other purposes and make them <br />available to the City upon request. Such records shall be <br />kept on file for a minimum of five years. Records will be <br />available to the authorized representative of the City at any <br />time during normal business hours. <br /> <br /> OWNERSHIP AND USE OF DOCUMENTS: All client information <br />files are the property of the Contractor and shall be <br />maintained in a confidential manner. All reports, records <br />and statistics developed in connection with this Agreement <br />are the property of the City. The Contractor shall have full <br />use of the statistics, records and reports. <br /> <br /> <br />
