Step 4: The output of this new three phase transformer <br />should now be fed to the existing power panel "R". This <br />panel must have an isolated ground bus installed inside the <br />panel and this bus must be bonded back to the surface of the <br />panel. The wires running to this panel from the transformer <br />must be properly sized for the current to be carried. As <br />mentioned earlier in the application of the individual branch <br />circuits, the neutral and ground wires must be the same size <br />as the current carrying conductors. <br /> <br />If these four steps are properly implemented as described, <br />the audible noise problem will be reduced to, what we believe <br />to be, an acceptable and tolerable level. <br /> <br />Attachments: <br /> <br />(1) Radio Room/Equipment Room Panel "R" location. <br /> <br /> <br />
