CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-29 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR CROSS TOWN INTERCEPTOR <br /> SANITARY SEWER AND AUTHORIZING C~T.T.ING <br /> FOR BIDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his <br /> report (SR 89:26), advised the City Council that <br /> plans and specifications had been completed for <br /> the construction of the Cross Town Interceptor <br /> Sanitary Sewer, which begins at First Street and <br /> Vineyard Avenue and ends at 1-680 and West Las <br /> Positas Boulevard, and that said plans have been <br /> reviewed by staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of January 17, 1989, the City <br /> Council reviewed the report of the Director of <br /> Public Works and Utilities relating to the <br /> project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the plans and specifications for the <br /> construction of the Cross Town Interceptor Sanitary <br /> Sewer, which begins at First Street and Vineyard <br /> Avenue and ends at 1-680 and West Las Positas <br /> Boulevard. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the calling of bids for the above <br /> project. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
