PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2575 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE A GENERAL PLAN <br />AMENDMENT FOR EQUITY ENTERPRISES AS FILED UNDER CASE <br />GP-84-14 <br />WHEREAS, Equity Enterprises and the City of Pleasanton have <br />applied for a general plan amendment to redesignate <br />properties on the north side of Stanley Boulevard <br />between the Mobil Oil Company service station located at <br />1024 Main Street and the 13.65 acre Madden property <br />located immediately east of 3963 Stanley Boulevard from <br />Medium Density Residential to High Density Residential; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of December 12, <br />1984 the Planning Commission recommended approval of the <br />negative declaration prepared by staff after considering <br />all public testimony, relevant exhibits and <br />recommendations of the City staff concerning this <br />application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did not feel all of the <br />properties covered in his application should be changed <br />to High Density Residential. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends that the property known as 4005 Stanley <br />Boulevard (the Sinclair property be changed from Medium <br />to High Density Residential. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />
