PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2577 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION OF <br />EQUITY ENTERPRISES AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-84-18 <br />WHEREAS, Equity Enterprises et al have applied for PUD zoning and <br />development plan approval for a 39 unit <br />townhome/condominium project at 4005 Stanley Boulevard; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is R-1-20,000 (Single Family <br />Residential) District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of December 12, <br />1984 the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application and recommended <br />approval of the negative declaration prepared by the <br />City Staff and <br />s WHEREAS, the PUD development plan and zoning are in conformance <br />with the General Plan of the City of Pleasanton as <br />proposed for the project site. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of case PUD-84-18 as herein <br />described subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit <br />"A", attached hereto and made part of this case by <br />reference, including rezoning 4005 Stanley Boulevard <br />from the R-1-20,000 to the PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Medium Density Residential District. <br />Section 2. <br />This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />- 1 - <br />
