- PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2562 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-81-30-5M <br />MODIFYING CC&Rs AND DESIGN GUIDELINES FOR HACIENDA <br />BUSINESS PARK <br />WHEREAS, Since the CC&Rs and Design Guidelines for Hacienda <br />Business Park were adopted in conjunction with the <br />reapproval of the Hacienda Business Park PUD in November <br />1983, several events have taken place which need to be <br />reflected in these two documents; and <br />WHEREAS, minor modifications are normally handled <br />administratively by the Zoning Administrator but in this <br />instance, the modification was submitted to the Planning <br />Commission for their consideration due to the fact that <br />the Marriott Hotel proposal is affected by some of the <br />proposed changes to the CC&Rs and Design Guidelines; and <br />- WHEREAS, the majority of proposed changes are technical in nature <br />and simply reflect clean up language which was <br />overlooked in the existing documents; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of November 14, <br />1984 the Planning Commission considered the staff report <br />and recommendation outlining the proposed changes to the <br />two described documents. <br />NOW THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends that Condition No. 1 of PUD-81-30 (adopted <br />11/22/83) be amended in its entirety to read as follows: <br />1. That development shall be substantially shown on <br />the development plan, Exhibit A, the Design <br />Guidelines dated 11/15/84 Exhibit B, and Articles IV <br />and V and Section 13.4 of the Declaration of <br />Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, Exhibit C, <br />dated 11/15/84, all on file with the Planning <br />Department. Modifications to the development plan, <br />Design Guidelines, and Articles IV and V and Section <br />13.4 of the CC&Rs shall be governed by Article 14, <br />Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordinance Code of the <br />City of Pleasanton. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />
