PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2563 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASTLEWOOD PROPERTIES AS FILED <br />UNDER CASE PUD-84-13 <br />WHEREAS, Castlewood Properties, Inc. have applied to prezone an <br />approximately 8.8 acre site to PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-High Density Residential and "A" <br />(Agricultural) Districts and for development plan <br />approval for an 84 unit multi-family residential complex <br />and proposed City park on the site located on the east <br />side of Bernal Avenue between Tawny Drive and Vineyard <br />Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of November 14, <br />1984 the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application as well as the <br />environmental impacts as outlined on the Initial Study <br />"- prepared by the City Staff. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the negative declaration <br />prepared for cases PUD-84-13 as herein described <br />inasmuch as the proposed prezoning and development plan <br />have an insignificant effect on the environment. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />
