PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2564 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION OF <br />CASTLEWOOD PROPERTIES AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-84-13 <br />WHEREAS, Castlewood Properties, Inc. have applied to prezone an <br />approximately 8.8 acre site to PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-High Density Residential and "A" <br />(Agricultural) Districts and for development plan <br />approval of an 84 unit multi-family residential complex <br />and proposed City park on the site located on the east <br />side of Bernal Avenue between Tawny Drive and Vineyard <br />Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of October 24, 1984 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application as well as recommending <br />approval of the negative declaration prepared by the <br />City Staff; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found the PUD zoning and <br />development plan proposed to be in conformance with the <br />General Plan of the City of Pleasanton. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of case PUD-84-13 as herein <br />described subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" <br />attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />
