<br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on the site . <br />plan elevations, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning <br />Department. <br />2. That landscape plans for the model home complex be submitted <br />for Planning staff review and approval prior to exercising <br />this permit. <br />3. That prior to opening the model home complex, the applicant <br />shall meet the requirements of the Pleasanton Fire <br />Department. Written confirmation from the Fire Department <br />shall be submitted by the applicant. <br />4. That approval of this use permit does not constitute approval <br />of any signing for the development, and if signing is <br />desired, it shall be submitted to the City under separate <br />application. <br />5. That approval of the sales office is granted for a period of <br />one year at which time the proponent must reapply for an <br />extension. This may be done administratively and does not <br />need to be resubmitted to the Planning Commission. <br />6. That all trees used in the model home complex shall be a <br />minimum of 15 gallons in size and all shrubs a minimum of 5 <br />gallons. <br />7. That a burglar alarm system shall be installed in the model <br />home complex, said system to be approved by the Police <br />Department prior to installation. <br />
