PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2565 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR PONDEROSA HOMES AS FILED UNDER CASE UP-84-60 WHEREAS, Ponderosa Homes has applied for conditional use permit approval to operate a model home sales complex consisting of a sales office and five model units located on the north and south sides of Corte Blanca, approximately 100 feet west of Paseo Santa Cruz; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is R-1-6500 (Single-family Residential) District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of November 14, 1984 the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found a) that the proposed location of the conditional use is in accord with the objectives of the ordinance code and the purposes of the district in which the site is located; b) that the proposed location of the conditional use and the conditions under which it would be operated or maintained will not be detrimental to the public health, safety or welfare, or be materially injurious to properties or improvements in the vicinity; and c) that the proposed conditional use will comply with each of the applicable provisions of the ordinance code. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Approves case UP-84-60 application of Ponderosa Homes as herein described subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption.
