PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2565 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR <br />PONDEROSA HOMES AS FILED UNDER CASE UP-84-60 <br />WHEREAS, Ponderosa Homes has applied for conditional use permit <br />approval to operate a model home sales complex <br />consisting of a sales office and five model units <br />located on the north and south sides of Corte Blanca, <br />approximately 100 feet west of Paseo Santa Cruz; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is R-1-6500 (Single-family <br />Residential) District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of November 14, <br />1984 the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found a) that the proposed <br />location of the conditional use is in accord with the <br />objectives of the ordinance code and the purposes of the <br />district in which the site is located; b) that the <br />proposed location of the conditional use and the <br />conditions under which it would be operated or <br />maintained will not be detrimental to the public health, <br />safety or welfare, or be materially injurious to <br />properties or improvements in the vicinity; and c) that <br />the proposed conditional use will comply with each of <br />the applicable provisions of the ordinance code. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves case UP-84-60 application of Ponderosa Homes <br />as herein described subject to the conditions shown on <br />Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part of this case <br />by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption. <br />
