MEMORANDUM <br />November 14, 1984 <br />TO: Planning Commission <br />FROM: Engineering Services - City Engineer <br />SUBJECT: Tentative Tract 5241, Gatewood, For Condominium Purposes <br />This development is recommended for approval subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. That the developer meet all requirements of the Subdivision <br />Ordinance of the City of Pleasanton. <br />2. That the developer meet all required conditions of approval <br />of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California. <br />3. That the developer meet all required conditions of any prior <br />approvals which this development may have received from the <br />City of Pleasanton. <br />4. That the developer grant an easement to the City over those <br />parcels shown as public service easements (P.S.E.) and which <br />are approved by the City Engineer or other parcels which may <br />be designated by the City Engineer. <br />5. That the building envelopes shown on the proposed tentative <br />map be identified by number or letter on the final map. <br />6. That the revised street cross sections for Stoneridge Drive <br />be shown. <br />7. That the correct area figures be shown on the final map. <br />8. That the correct south boundary line and description be shown <br />on the final map. <br />9. That the width and location of the public service easement be <br />defined on the final map and approved by the City Engineer. <br />10. That all access roads and driveways on the site are hereby <br />declared fire lanes and must be maintained and accessible at <br />all times. Curbs must be painted red and "No Parking" signs <br />provided to the City Standards. <br />
