.- PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2566 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING TRACT 5241 FOR DAVIDSON, KAVANAUGH & BREZZO DEVELOPMENT COMPANY WHEREAS, Davidson, Kavanaugh and Brezzo Development Company have applied for tentative subdivision map approval for a 200 unit residential condominium project on an approximately 10.36 acre site located on the west side of Oakland Avenue between Kamp Drive and the Arroyo Mocho Canal; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD-High Density Residential District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of November 14, 1984 the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff concerning this proposal; and WHEREAS, a negative declaration of environmental impacts was prepared for the planned unit development phase of the project. The tentative map is not deemed to be a new project under CEQA and, therefore, no further environmental review is necessary; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found the proposed subdivision to be in conformance with the General Plan and Zoning for the subject property. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Approves Tract 5241, application for tentative map approval for a 200 unit residential condominium project proposed for the approximately 10.36 acre site located on the west side of Oakland Avenue between Kamp Drive and the Arroyo Mocho Canal subject to the following conditions: 1. That the development be substantially as shown on Tentative Map 5241 on file with the City. 2. That approval of this tentative map is subject to all conditions of approval of case PUD-83-9.
