.- PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2566 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON APPROVING TRACT 5241 FOR DAVIDSON, KAVANAUGH <br />& BREZZO DEVELOPMENT COMPANY <br />WHEREAS, Davidson, Kavanaugh and Brezzo Development Company have <br />applied for tentative subdivision map approval for a 200 <br />unit residential condominium project on an approximately <br />10.36 acre site located on the west side of Oakland <br />Avenue between Kamp Drive and the Arroyo Mocho Canal; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD-High Density Residential <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of November 14, <br />1984 the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this proposal; and <br />WHEREAS, a negative declaration of environmental impacts was <br />prepared for the planned unit development phase of the <br />project. The tentative map is not deemed to be a new <br />project under CEQA and, therefore, no further <br />environmental review is necessary; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found the proposed subdivision <br />to be in conformance with the General Plan and Zoning <br />for the subject property. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves Tract 5241, application for tentative map <br />approval for a 200 unit residential condominium project <br />proposed for the approximately 10.36 acre site located <br />on the west side of Oakland Avenue between Kamp Drive <br />and the Arroyo Mocho Canal subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on <br />Tentative Map 5241 on file with the City. <br />2. That approval of this tentative map is subject to <br />all conditions of approval of case PUD-83-9. <br />
