PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2569 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE MITIGATED <br />NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED FOR SAVCO CONSTRUCTION CO. <br />AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-84-16 <br />WHEREAS, Savco Constructon Company has applied for PUD (Planned <br />Unit Development) zoning and development plan approval <br />to construct a two-story, 40-unit apartment complex on <br />the approximately 2.5 acre parcel located on the east <br />side of Monaco Drive, north of the offices located at <br />44-90 Mission Drive; <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Commercial and Offices District. <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of November 28, <br />~- 1984 the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application as well as the <br />environmental impacts as outlined on the Initial Study <br />prepared by the City Staff. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the mitigated negative <br />declaration prepared for case PUD-84-16 as herein <br />described inasmuch as the Land Use, zoning and <br />development plan proposed would have an insignificant <br />effect on the environment because any potentially <br />significant adverse effects would be reduced to <br />insignificant levels because of conditions imposed upon <br />project approval. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />
