"Exhibit A" <br />Resolution No. 2570 <br />Case PUD-84-16 <br />November 28, 1984 <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on the <br />development plan, dated 11/28/84 Exhibit A, on file with the <br />Planning Department. <br />2. That there will be no cut slopes greater than 2:1 upon <br />completion of the projects. <br />3. That final design plans for the carports shall be submitted <br />to the Planning Department for approval prior to issuance of <br />building permits. <br />4. That the developer shall determine the feasibility of <br />installing a service access road leading from Monaco Drive to <br />Building C prior to the issuance of any construction permits. <br />This access will require approval by all affected City <br />Departments. <br />5. That the curb on the east side of Monaco Drive be painted red <br />the entire length of the frontage in order to prohibit any on <br />street parking. <br />6. That a detailed finish grading and drainage plan be submitted <br />as part of the improvement plans for this development which <br />shall include pad elevations, finish floor elevations, and <br />the elevations of any proposed retaining walls. <br />7. That the developer comply with all applicable requirements of <br />City Ordinance No. 1152 (Preservation of Trees on Private <br />Property) including submittal of a tree survey of the subject <br />development site. <br />8. That no construction access, activity or storage shall be <br />permitted within the open space located to the north of the <br />site. <br />9. That in the event that this development is approved, it shall <br />be subject to all of the "Standard Conditions of_Development_" <br />except for conditions numbers _12, 13~__25~ 29,_3, 33r_3.4Y 3~, L4, "50 <br />anT51. <br />10. That lighting acceptable to the staff shall be installed on <br />the Dolores access road. <br />11. That parking shall be designed consistent with Exhibit B. <br />
