'- PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2579 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON APPROVING THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED <br />FOR PONDEROSA HOMES AS FILED UNDER CASE TRACT 5397 <br />WHEREAS, Ponderosa Homes has applied to subdivide the <br />approximately 96 acre site located north of Hansen <br />Drive, east of Camino Segura and southeast of the <br />Pleasanton Canal into 19 single-family residential lots <br />and an approximately 93 acre remainder parcel; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is currently zoned R-1-6500 (Single-family <br />Residential) and "P" (Public and Institutional) <br />Districts; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of December 12, <br />1984 the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application as well as the <br />~- environmental impacts as outlined on the Initial Study <br />prepared by the City Staff. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the negative declaration <br />prepared for Tract 5397 as herein described inasmuch as <br />approval of the proposed subdivision would have an <br />insignificant effect on the environment. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption. <br />
