PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2587 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION OF <br />THE KOLL COMPANY AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-81-30-25D <br />WHEREAS, The Koll Company has applied for design review approval <br />for a four building, 150,664 sq. ft., research and <br />development complex on an approximately 11.4 acre site <br />located on the northerly corner of Stoneridge Drive and <br />West Las Positas Boulevard; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Industrial/Commercial and Offices District; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of December 12, <br />1984 the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this project; and <br />WHEREAS, an environmental impact report was prepared for the <br />rezoning of Hacienda Business Park and the proposed <br />project was included within the scope of that <br />Environmental Impact Report, and, therefore, no <br />environmental documents accompanied this application; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, this proposed development conforms to the zoning and <br />land use designation for the subject site. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of case PUD-81-30-25D subject to <br />the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and <br />made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />
